Hi, I have a xbox 360 with a Philips DVD drive, I was wondering if i can replace it with a Hitachi or Samsung drive? And if i can how easy is it?
I’m trying to fix my philips drive now. Its not going so well. If you started off with a hitachi or a samsung you can just replace the internal chip from your current drive with the one in the new drive so your xbox will recognize it. you either need to buy a new philips drive and desolder your current chip and solder it in to the new drive (not fun). other wise youll have to flash the new drive which i have yet to find a good guide to do so.

I have a hasbro dvd projector but the sound is lousy on it, we tried hooking speakers into the headphone jack and no volume came out at all.
Can anyone tell me what type of speakers to buy for it? It has audio/video hook up on it.

Alright, I moved my dvd to my laptop and converted it to a .mkv file. Stupid mistake, because now I dont have the orgininal dvd. So, i want to burn it back to dvd. But the default language is german. How do i burn a dvd with a changed audio track? The English audio track is track 2. But, with burn software it doesnt give you the option for different audio tracks. Anyone have any ideas?
