I tried to click and drag my mp3 files from a dvd-r to my computer and it only gives me a shortcut. The actual file doesnt copy to my computer. alright. seeing as you have a computer, you can download a program called DVD43 (for free). this disables the copyright protection ON THE COMPUTER.

Hi, I have a xbox 360 with a Philips DVD drive, I was wondering if i can replace it with a Hitachi or Samsung drive? And if i can how easy is it?
I’m trying to fix my philips drive now. Its not going so well. If you started off with a hitachi or a samsung you can just replace the internal chip from your current drive with the one in the new drive so your xbox will recognize it. you either need to buy a new philips drive and desolder your current chip and solder it in to the new drive (not fun). other wise youll have to flash the new drive which i have yet to find a good guide to do so.

Alright, I moved my dvd to my laptop and converted it to a .mkv file. Stupid mistake, because now I dont have the orgininal dvd. So, i want to burn it back to dvd. But the default language is german. Look for something the size of a small pin hole. Some players have that as a manual eject button. Just stick in a pin or a unfolded paperclip and it should come out.

Most players, even the suck ones, have a release button in case of a power outage or something like that. Try looking around the player and find a button that u need a pen or screwdriver to press. If not, find a manual and see if it has a release button.

Ok so I borrowed some CDs from my cousins and it comes with a video DVD and i want to add those music videos onto my iPod, so how can i do it? i’ll be grateful for an answer, thank you!

Your best bet is to turn it into an .avi file, using winff for XP. This will work, if your DVD player can handle .avi files – states DivXX, or has the Windows symbol. If your DVD player isn’t DivXX, it’s a good time to upgrade; as that’s needed to view anything you download.
Otherwise, Greg, why don’t you just burn it and try yourself? It should take under 10 minutes, and a typical CD is 50 cents or so when bought in bulk, so you don’t waste much time in trying…If it doesn’t work, then try file conversion.

most DVD players will play CD-R if they have MPEG1 (videoCD) or MPEG3 (audio) files. i have not heard of one that does MPEG4 off CD-R, so i recommend you double check that claim. A problem with MPEG4 is it could be an HD format which a DVD player cannot support. Otherwise, give it a try.

you need to burn the video onto a DVD. open up windows media player, insertt the blank DVD and drag the video into windows media player’s “burn list” and click the burn button!!

If you want to do this for free, type your movie title, and then “full dvd cover” into google. Most popular movies will come up with the full one, front and back. They are also usually the right size in the picture. That’s the easiest way. You may need to format your printer to print horizontally rather than vertically.

Songs, CD’s, Discography’s, BLue Ray/High Def DVD’s, porn, etc. It will download in uTorrent. Files are incredibly small with great quality and no viruses.
